Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed application form, signed parent agreement and payment of the registration fee. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come basis.
2. Fees & payment
Monthly fees are payable in advance, by the 1st of each month. A late-payment fee may apply after 7 days. Annual fee schedules are shared with parents in October each year.
3. Hours & attendance
Siyakhula operates Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 17:30. Children must be collected by closing time. Late collection fees apply per 15-minute interval.
4. Health & safety
Children who are ill, contagious, or have a fever above 38°C must remain at home. Up-to-date immunisation records are required at enrolment.
5. Withdrawal
One calendar month's written notice is required for withdrawal. Fees paid in advance for that month are non-refundable.
6. Privacy
We collect personal information solely for the care, education and safety of your child, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
7. Photography
We occasionally photograph children during activities for internal records and parental updates. Parents may opt out in writing at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Parents will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days in advance.
